HOW WE DO IT

Custom-Tailored

Accessibility is Flexibility

Vivid Legal recognizes that clients are not a one-size fits all. Their representation should not be either. Depending on the needs of a client and their matters, we may offer a variety of retention options, including hourly fee retention, flat fee representation, and subscription. We engage in an open discussion about whether a particular retention is the right fit for the service requested. Our goal is to find a match between your needs and the resources of the firm.

SENSITIVITY + DELICACY

A FIERCE DEFENSE

As lawyers representing lawyers and other licensed professionals, we deeply appreciate the sensitivity of the client’s needs when their reputation is on the line. We typically assess our success without quoting success rates, preferring instead to demonstrate our ability to avoid trial on a professional’s license or reputation. We engage investigations of attorneys by seeking to reduce the client’s exposure, and we aim for dismissal of investigation and charges, or negotiation of a stipulation on our client’s behalf when appropriate.

We are proactive in litigation, using the vast array of procedural tools at hand in civil litigation, and a deep knowledge of the substantive law at issue, to reduce the claims against our clients through early motions practice, careful discovery, and strong pretrial motions. When trial is required to defend our clients, we are poised, professional, and clear. We are not afraid to make law if necessary and required to fully advocate for our clients on appeal. See some of our appellate successes below.

Our appellate successes include:
